Time to make some cookie dough!

These recipes were developed especially to be eaten without baking. Doughn't even think of baking them!

Universally Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

This is our original recipe, use it well!


Makes about 30 servings


Ingredients

2 cups heat-treated flour

1 tsp kosher salt

1 cup margarine, cold

1 cup packed brown sugar

½ cup baker’s sugar

1 tsp vanilla

0-2 tbsp milk substitute, as needed

Mini chocolate chips


Directions

Mix together the flour and salt very well.

In a different bowl fully cream the margarine and sugars until fully combined.

Add the vanilla.

With the mixer on low mix in the flour mixture until it comes together.

If it's not coming together or feels too dry slowly add up to 2 tablespoons of a milk substitute.

Once all combined mix in a lot of mini chocolate chips.



Universally Edible Birthday Cake Cookie Dough

Birthday cake cookie dough made entirely form scratch - no cake mix!

Ingredients

2 cups pasteurized/heat-treated flour

1 tsp kosher salt

1 cup margarine, cold

1 ½ cup baker’s sugar

2 tsp vanilla

0-2 tbsp milk substitute, as needed

Rainbow sprinkles


Directions

Mix together the flour and salt very well.

In a different bowl fully cream the margarine and sugar until fully combined.

Add the vanilla.

With the mixer on low mix in the flour mixture until it comes together.

If it's not coming together or feels too dry slowly add up to 2 tablespoons of a milk substitute.

Once combined, mix in a lot of sprinkles.

Cookie Dough Frosting

Frosting that tastes exactly like cookie dough!

1 ½ cup powdered sugar

2 tsp vanilla

0-2 tbsp milk substitute, as needed



Directions

Mix together the flour and salt very well.

In a different bowl fully cream the margarine and sugar until combined.

Add the vanilla.

With the mixer on low slowly sprinkle in the flour mixture until it comes together.

If it's not coming together or feels too dry slowly add up to 2 tablespoons of a milk substitute.
